Workshop on Sexual and Reproductive Health Care with a Focus on Human Papillomavirus (HPV) for Male Students On May 29, 2024, a workshop on sexual and reproductive health care with a focus on the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) was conducted at the SBMU’s International Campus. This workshop was organized by the Directorate of the SBMU’s International Accreditation and Ranking Department, in collaboration with the SBMU’s International Campus. It is noteworthy to mention that this workshop was the second session of HPV awareness workshops. The workshop aimed to introduce male students to the nature of HPV, including information on symptoms of genital warts, routes and sites of HPV transmission, diagnosis, treatment, and the various types of HPV vaccines available in the market. It is worth mentioning that Professor Amir Reza Abedi, Faculty of the Urology Group at SBMU School of Medicine, was the speaker of this workshop. At the conclusion of the workshop, a Q&A session was held to address queries and concerns raised by the attendees, ensuring that all questions were effectively answered. The workshop provided valuable insights and information on HPV, contributing to the students' knowledge and awareness of sexual and reproductive health care.
